- Any other type of copywriting work requested by the client.While I strive to deliver high-quality content, I do not guarantee specific results, such as increased sales, conversion rates, or business growth.3. Payments & Refunds
- All payments must be made in full before work begins.
- Payment methods are handled by third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), and I do not store payment details.
- Refunds are only available if:
- You cancel before I begin working on your project.
- You fail to respond to communication for 7 consecutive days after payment.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of confirmation.

- You must provide all necessary information (briefs, guidelines, deadlines, etc.) to complete the work.
- Failure to provide required information in a timely manner may result in project delays.5. Revisions & Edits
- Each project includes a limited number of revisions (to be agreed upon before starting).
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be subject to extra fees.6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
- Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the copy created for your project.
- I may retain the right to showcase portions of completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.7. Confidentiality
- All client information and project details will be kept confidential.
- If needed, I am open to signing an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) for specific projects.8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the project if:
- The client fails to provide necessary information within a reasonable timeframe.
- Payment is not received.
- A mutual agreement is reached to discontinue the project.9. Limitation of Liability
- I am not responsible for business losses, missed opportunities, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of my copy.
- My liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.10. Governing Law
